Hi everyone!

It`s my (Mona) turn today to show you some samples i`ve created.

My first card is a kind of wintage looking card. The image i have used is called Catching snowflakes and it is a rubberstamp designed by Zindy S.D. Nielsen. It is available here.

The image is coloured with ProMarkers, available here.
I have also used Stickles Frosted lace on the fur of her cape, available here. I think this one is nice course when it dries up it looks a bit like fur.

My next card is the one i created for the previous digi challenge and here i have used one of the newest flapper digis called Art deco Melody. She is available here. I have also used the Macarena die corner from Memory box, you can find it here.

Well that`s it from me today. Don`t forget to hop on over to the challenge blog and join the new challenge hosted by the rubbah team. The theme is "Reds". Such a nice theme with the Christmas ahead. A great excuse to make something Christmassy, lol. Good luck everyone!

Celtic Angel

Hey Sweet friends!

Finally i got the time to upload my card. So sorry i`m late. I ususally work in the mornings at saturdays but several of our workers are on holiday so i had to work the evening shift. O`boy was it crappy to work late on a saturday evening.

For my card i have used a new image designed by Sara Burrier. It`s called Celtic Angel, and you can find it right here. I noticed that Karina used the same image for her card yesterday, lol. I just hope you don`t get bored with it too soon, hahaha. Karina did an incredible job on her card. But still, mine looks completely different. I allways find it scary to post after Karina course her colouring skills are just fantastic. So she really sets the standard, lol. Well anyway here is my card.

I have kept it real clean and simple this time. I wanted the main focus on the gorgeous image. Hope you like my card.

I also, just real quick, want to show you the card i made for the last digi-team challenge. This is also an image designed by Sara Burrier. It is called Shitake and Oregano, and you can find it right here. This is also one of the brand new ones.

Well, thats all from me for this time. See you at the next challenge hosted by the digi-team. If you haven`t entered the "add a flower" challenge over at the challenge blog, please be sure to do so.

Have a nice weekend you all!

Lemon Shortbread is a graphic illustrator from Singapore who likes pop-art, ukiyo-e, surrealism and old stuff. She says "I hope you will find the Melody series fun and groovy like how the Sixties were, they are inspired by actual fashion during that era!" You will find more of her works on Etsy.

This is one of the new designs by Lemon Shortbread called "Flapper Girl Melody" I just couldnt take my eyes off the design when I first saw it, she's an absolute beauty! She can also be used for any occasion or age group and dressed up in any colours you like! I've made her into a Christmas card for this one to show how versatile she is. Melody is coloured with promarkers and a white gel pen for the beads and she has a little swarovski hat pin and I've also made a little swarovski pin on the side because she's worth it!

These are exclusive to Crafts & Me and I'm sure you'll love Lemon Shortbread's "Melody" as much as we do!
