Feeling Blue

Hi everyone, Karina here. Hope you're all doing fine. While such hot days like we had the last few days with temperatures up to 35 degrees, I found it a bit cooling to create a card with blue tones :o). 

So the first one I want to show you I made on Sunday. I wanted to make the colour combo blue and brown, which I like so much. I used this beautiful image by the fabulous artist Sara Burrier called 'Mourning'. I coloured her with Distress Inks.

The second card I show you I made last week was for the last challenge where we had the theme blue or blue/green. I used this sweet image called 'Carry Me Away' by the amazing artist Molly Harrison. I coloured it with Copics.

Happy Saturday

I can not believe how quickly another week has gone by! I am in a rush so will have to keep this short and sweet :D I have used another of the gorgeous new stamps from the Sarah Burrier range at Crafts and me. This beauty is called Mourning and is available HERE. I stamped her straight onto a 5x5 card and coloured her with pro markers. I then used a small ink pad to make go round the card and the image. The sentiment is a sticker by DCWV then to finish it off I have added the tiny pearls available HERE from of course the great Crafts and me store. Right that is it I have to run but don't forget there is still time to win a great prize by entering the current Crafts and Me challenge which is under the sea.

Showcasing New Stamps

Good morning i hope you are all well,my spring bulbs are popping their heads above the soil in my pots and flowerbeds now i so love when the spring flowers bloom it takes away the drearyness of the cold months and theres a bit of colour about.

This image is just right for those difficult Sympathy cards you have to make and i have made it very simple no fuss but is very versatile for many other occasions as the image is so pretty.This one is also for the Sample Book that Vix is making to showcase the new stamps at Stamparama.


The 2nd card has an Older stamp one of Molly Harrisons called Sweet Moment of Bliss which is available HERE at the store.This one is also for the sample Book.I love this Sweet image which like most of Crafts and me stamps looks fab in many colourways.

A Sneaky Peek

Good Morning, I hope you are all well and havent got the awful flu Virus that i had if you have then i fully sympathise with you as i have just recovered from it and it,s not nice.

I have a sneaky peek for you today of one of the fabulous New stamps available soon at the Crafts and Me Store It,s called MOURNING by Sara Burrier. It is a beautiful image that can be used for Many occasions but is great for Sympathy cards.Coloured with promarkers and added sparkle to her hair using sakura pens,i have also used a WOJ Leaves Die available HERE at the Crafts and Me Store.
There will be more peeks from the rest of the DT of all the NEW stamps coming soon.
