Sneek Peak Smell a Flower Melody

Morning Peeps,

I know I say this often, but thank god it's Fridayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy, it's been a long week, wrestling with my 15 year who doesn't seem to think he needs to revise for his exams.  He is sooo frustrating as he has a good brain.  He's predicted A, B and C's without having to do anything.  If he stopped chatting and put some effort into revising he could do soooo much better.  If there was a GCSE in X-boxing they would have moved him up to A Level a couple of years back.  Unfortunately I don't think he'll realise we were right until he's in his 20's, but one can try.....grrrrrrrrrrr

Today I have a sneek peak of the new Smell a  Flower Melody soon to be released.  She is just so pretty.  I love the Melody collection and this new release is just Fabulous and so me, lol.  Again, this is clean and simple Tracy style, lol:-

I have coloured her using copics.

Isn't she just adorably GORGEOUS!

We have some awesome releases coming up from Crafts and Me so watch this space. If your visiting Stamperama in Stevenage on 6th February don't forget to visit the Crafts and Me Stand.  You won't be disappointed.

  2. Hi Tracy

Very pretty creation and anothr lovely new image.

One of my boys was just the same, always sailed through without revision, even his degree when I am convinced he never attended lectures, infuriates his sister who still finds is so hard by comparison.

  3. I can totally relate to your child not thinking they need to study. My daughter is in her first year of college and its finally hitting her that NOW she actually needs to study, thats its not going to come easy like in high school. we can only preach but its up to them to figure it out. lol beautiful card by the way.

  5. Tracy, what an absolutely gorgeous card. I know 100% what you mean about your son. When our eldest was doing his GCSE's we had to ban him from going out as he wouldn't revise. Needless to say we weren't popular at all and there were so many strops. He came out with 13 GCSEs as he also did an Young Apprenticeship at the local university. When he got his results he said he was glad we'd banned him from going out as he'd never have got the results he did. He was head-hunted at university after doing an IT course and is now working for a local company and doing a degree so it definitely worked out good in the long-run.

Our youngest is having to hand his form in next week for his options. It's proved traumatic as he just doesn't know what to do for a living and keeps changing his mind re his courses. Stressful week-end trying to sort things out so the form can be handed in on Monday. You might hear the moans and groans when we try to sort this out on Sunday as you live in the same county!!!

Hope things work out for you/your son. Best wishes, Kym xxx
