3 to share :)

Afternoon all!  Vix stopping by to show you some I've made recently :))

First up is the gorgeous Lady Liberty which some of you may have seen on our Facebook group.  She finally made it onto a card lol!  Do you do that, colour images in and pop them in a pot for another time?  I do it all the time as I've got the memory of a goldfish and remember I have to make a card usually the night before eeeek!
Speaking of goldfish, I'm unimpressed with my Miss Mookins.  Have been cleaning my goldfish tank out today and transferred them to a small tank on the floor whilst I gave their tank and top to bottom clean and whilst I was out of the room getting water Miss Mookins decided to go fishing and has hurt my ickle gold one.  It was lying on the floor with scales knocked off and Miss Moo said He's "Sleeping"  Aaaaargh!!!  I moved him back to the big tank and left him for a couple of hours and he's perked up again now with just some missing scales phew!  I rescued him from the school fair a couple of years ago so I'm quite fond of him lol!

Anyway this gorgeous young lady is Lady Liberty by Hannah Lynn coloured with promarkers.  I just kept it simple as I just wanted to image to speak :)

Next upis the cute Hope by Sara Burrier.  I won some pan pastels and wanted to play with some clouds so flicked through my images and thought YES this is the one!  I removed the wording off the balloon and coloured with promarkers and used the pan pastels to do the clouds.

And a final one to share which is Dancing Willow by Whiff of Joy (Rubber stamp)  Again coloured with promarkers and added the dotty technique around which is great for the party type images and also if you've gone over the lines you can use that to hide it ;)

To do that technique just start with your darkest spots nearest the image and work outwards to your lightest colours in a RANDOM way, dont put any order on at all :)

Well toodle pip, I'm off to make dinner, we're having our favourite picky dinner so its like a hot picnic with scampi, ribs, sausage rolls, indian bites, spring rolls etc :))

Love Letter

Hi everyone! It's Alyce here and today I want to share with you a card I made using Love Letter, a gorgeous digi by Hannah Lynn available in the store now :) I am a huge fan of colouring hair so this was heaps of fun and I love her little mermaid tail!

I used copic markers to colour her up and blended shades of blues and yellows on her tail to get the gradient. I have used some beautiful  My Mind's Eye papers, a bunch of embellies and some cheesecloth.

My next card I have to share with you was my challenge card from last week's Favourite Colour challenge. I used the amazing Deevonne digi from this one. And if you love colouring hair I must say this was my FAVOURITE! Just amazing! :D

Don't forget there is still heaps of time left to enter the challenge this week which is Punches and Dies. The prize this week is a good one - a $20 Sweet Pea Stamps gift card! Can't wait to see all of your wonderful entries :)

Thanks for stopping by!

Midnight Warrior meets July!!

Hi Hi Everyone

It's My turn to do a little bit of show casing this week at Crafts and Me.... and I would like to show you a gorgeous Image by Sara Burrier - Midnight Warrior.  I've coloured her with my copic's and she came out looking a little christmassy actually - I could see her used with some Christmas Papers too.... but I didn't really feel like going with a Christmas Theme so I decided I would use some yummy Bo Bunny papers instead:-) I've added some lace and flowers along with some postage stamp die cuts which I found amongst my stash... I forgot I even had them.... so that was a bit of a bonus find!!

Anyway here is my Midnight Warrior - I hope you love her as much as me:-)

My next card I would love to show off is my challenge card that I made for last week, it has July as the image - which is also designed by Sara Burrier:-)  I dragged out my old post mark stamps - I actually bought some of these in London UK about 8 years ago... OMGOSH and another I got in Boston in the USA about 6 years ago.... so about time I used them huh? So here is my July:

Dont forget to enter into this week challenge - a new one has just started!!! We can't wait to see what you all make:-)

Have you seen this months gorgeous new images.... wow there is a lot of new ones, why not head on over to the shop and check them out!!! And remember there is always new images on the 1st of every month!!

Did you know that today is my Crafts and Me Anniversary??? Yep I've been around the traps for 6 months now:-)

Till next time
