Hi everyone, Karina here today. I hope you are doing fine, just as I do. It's VERY cold outside and so what better can happen as to spend the day in the warm and cosy home crafting... just as I will do today on my day off.

But first I want to show you a card I recently made, using the wonderful image 'Portrait of Ohpelia'... what a beautiful sounding name! Just love this name, and so I do the image. It is from Jasmine Becket-Griffith.

Brightest Blessings

Hello everyone, Karina here with my first post in the New Year. I hope you had a safe and sound landing into the 2013 and had a nice and relaxing festive season. For the most the daily routine has begun again, just as it did for me. But I was a lucky lady and were allowed to enjoy a 1,5 weeks holiday over Christmas and New Year.

My first creation I want to show you is... yes, a Christmas card... you cannot be too early with making Christmas cards, isn't it? :o). And Crafts and Me have such gorgeous images to make them. The one I used on my card below is 'Brightest Blessings' from Robyn Pushay. I coloured the image with Copics and added some sparkling to the wings of those sweet little angels.

The second card I show you is the one I created for our Christmas Bumper Challenge where we have the theme 'Winter Wonderland'. You still have 6 days left to join to have the chance to win one of our fabulous prizes. For my project I used one of my favorite image from Zindy S.D. Nielsen 'First Snow'. Also here I made the colouring with Copics.

Well, wish you a wonderful day now and thank you so much for your visit here.
Hugs, Karina

Esther Baby!!

Happy New Year Everyone!! I hope you all had a very Awesome New Years, and a Very Merry Christmas.... I certainly did, and I can't believe its 2013 already! WOW

Today the shop is back in business at Crafts and Me, along with all the Design Team Girlies!! I want to show you a card that I made using a December image, Art Deco Esther!!

I have coloured her with my copic's in a rich green, to make her a little more traditonal and 1930's feel :-) I have also used my Graphic 45 papers, Ladies Diary, which I think is pretty much perfect for her, so here she is, I hope you love her as much as me:-)

So what do you think? pretty ? I think so:-)  I have again kept the card nice and simple and somewhat small, so that the main part of the card is the actual image:-)

There is a brand new challenge starting today, so I hope you will come along and play... here is the link so that you can check it out
