Forever Rose..............
Hello everyone Vicky here today. How are you all? Hope you've all had a good weekend. Well the winds have finally died down now & mr sunshine has popped out to say hello............hello (waving) lol.
Today I am here to show you a card, I'm running late so I'm sorry about that :0(
Now I know I'm on the Rockin' Rubbah team but I decided to try work through my growing pile of coloured images in my box & this image is the very first digi I brought from Crafts & Me Store, I was sooooo excited that Teresa was releasing digi's.........my hubby was at fishing & I phoned him squealing down the phone in excitement...........poor bugga its no wonder his hearing is going a little lol.
Anyway now dont laugh but this started as a CAS card, however I saw all my lovely flowers drooping their heads cus they were sad so I just had to use a couple.........just a few!!!!
Here is 'Forever Rose' by no other than Hannah Lynn........love this artist!!!
I've kept to the colours white plus one. Now I'm not sure why I chose green to do her hair I had coloured her eyes as I do skin tones first & I thought I will give her green eyes like mine, altho mine are not as green. Not been bothered to change pens I decide to see what it looked like, if I didnt like it well its nothing to throw away a bit of card & redo it............well I ended up liking it lol.
Both layers of card are dry embossed & then the image which has been stamped onto smooth white card with memento, was heat embossed with UTEE. All the layers have been matted with shimmer card, light sage & a dark sage & the leaves were cut out using a Marianne die.
I sprayed the rose with 'Pearl' Tattered Angels glimmer mist.......which is lush but so hard to photo, maybe if you click on it so it enlarges you may see the beautiful sparkle it gives off.
I will also show you my card for the challenge which this week is 'Gems & Pearls' & you have until Tuesday night to enter to be in with a chance of winning the fabby prize.
I used one of the latest new releases Teresa has recently stocked.
This is the beautiful 'Pale Rose' by Jasmine Becket-Griffith she is out of stock at the mo but fear not she will be in very soon you can actually go to the store & click to be e-mailed when she is back in stock.
Also dont forget Teresa stocks many other stamps too including the fabby Whiff Of Joy ones.
Below is 'Melinda Blowing Kisses'
Isn't she pretty........
Well thats it from me sorry for the long post but if you got to the end you deserve a cup of tea & a choccy biscuit....mmmm or cake lol.
Hope you will have time to join in with our challenge here & why not pop along to the Store here to treat yourself to some new crafty stash.........there is so much to choose from.
Thanks for popping by it means a lot to all uss girls here at Crafts & Me.
Tatty bye & hugs to all xoxoxoxo

The little mermaid and then some....
Hey peeps!
I`m a bit late today and i`m sorry for that. I have been at work and i didn`t manage to finish my card yesterday. So i had to do the last embellishing today. I will do this very short (at least i will try, lol)
I chose to use The little mermaid for today`s card. Originally i was going for an other image but i am getting a new craftroom so everything is a bit all over the place. And of course i couldn`t find the image i was going to use, lol. That`s the prize for beeing a messy head, lol.
I am so pleased that i caught the shimmery body of the mermaid on camera. The white looking paper is actually a really light blue colour with shimmer in it but i didn`t manage to show it in the pic.
My second card for the day is the card i made for the last challenge hosted by the digi-team. The image is called Joyous Grace. I just loved to colour it. Those dresses are just amazing. You can find it here.
Well...that`s all from me today. There is still a chance to join the Gems and Pearls challenge at Crafts and Me challenges, so hop on over and get inspired by the stunning creations the Rockin` rubbah team has to show yah...
Thanks for looking and have a nice weekend.
Hugs...Mona

Take Three
Hello dear creative peeps out there. Karina here today for showing you some cards I made lately. After a long time of hot and sunny weather we have a rainy day today. So what can you do better than be creative...
The first one is the newest card I just made today. Somehow I am in the mood for making Christmas cards this week... So I used the beautiful digi by Hannah Lynn called Irish Christmas Fae. I love Hannah's images so much as I have so much fun colouring them. I coloured her with Copics. I think it's not recognizable for the first view that it is a Christmas image.
The second one is a card I made for the last challenge over at Crafts and Me Challenges where we had the theme Swirls. I used the fabulous image from Sara Burrier called Twilight. Her images are so soft and romantic. They are a delight to work with. I coloured her with Copics as well. The embossed paper in the background of the image is a piece of a very old wall paper we found on the attic where my mum lives.
And the third one is a rubber stamp by the fantastic artist Jasmine Becket-Griffith. It is called Pearl Swirl Mermaid. I love the big eyes of Jasmines images. I coloured her with Distress Inks.
Wish everyone a happy day with lots of sunshine despite of the rain. Thank you so much for looking. Always much apprechiated.
Hugs, Karina

Here's some cards I've made recently, I missed my last slot when blogger was down so catching up if you missed them on my blog!
This gorgeous girl is a new one from the Melody's World range by Lemon Shortbread and will be released on rubbah soon!
Added sparkle on her dress with a clear sakura stardust pen. I used flowersoft on her bouquet and headband for dimension.
This one is Daydreamer by Sara Burrier and will be released soon on rubbah. I was so chuffed with this one using my first doily (simple things and all that haha!)
This one is a digi by Hannah Lynn and is called Aliah and is available now for £2. The hair is really easy as it comes with a lot of black line so even if you just coloured it in one solid colour it would look fabulous.
This one is pearl swirl mermaid by Jasmine Becket-Griffith and is a rubbah stamp, I coloured with promarkers and pencil.
And finally the beautiful and very popular Poppy by Sara Burrier available now on digi. The wings are coloured with glamour dust and I had a play with my sewing machine I'm actually not very good with but practice, practice, practice! My DD nicked this one for her mate last night!
Thanks for stopping by and please do pop over and join in the challenge!

Magnetic Fun with digital stamps!
Hi Crafts and Me Fans!
I was really hoping to play with some of the new May images for today but my printer decided to run out of ink on me - shame on it! haha Thankfully I had this GORGEOUS Mystical Pond digital image printed out from awhile back that I had half colored. Phew! So, I decided, to make something FOR ME as so many times I make cards and such to sell or give away as gifts. And as much as I love these Hannah Lynn images, I wanted something I could look at any time so I made a magnet!! It was super easy and I know I will be making LOTS more to hang up on my fridge and around the house.
I recently picked up a pack of fragments by Tim Holtz and used the 2"x2" size for my image. You can see that it wasn't quite big enough for the entire image but I love that it really fills up the square that way. I colored her using Copics and my only suggestion would be to not use 100 next time around as you can see it bled a little when I adhered it. I used Helmar Craft Glue directly on the fragment piece and then attached my image - once it was dry, like 2 seconds, LOL, I used my craft knift to cut around the fragment. Seriously EASY! Then because I want this to last, I used Helmar Acid Free Glue on the back just to act as a sealer and protect the paper from any damage. Once that was dry, I attached the magnet using more Helmar Craft Glue. Super easy and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the result!
I also want to take a moment to share a two cards I've made for Crafts and Me Challenges recently:
using Fisherman's Catch
using Natalie
Thanks for stopping by - have a great week!

For this one I of Sara's wonderful images I used promarkers to colour her with.

I was so in awe of my wonderful DT sistah Mona's colours she used on her challenge card this week, I thought I'd give them a whirl too, thanks for inspiring me hun :-).

Another sneak peek
Before I get onto the sneak peek I have another card to share. This week it is the Digi teams turn again for the challenge at Crafts and Me challenges and they have decided they want to see Kraft on your creation. Yet again I could not resist the pull of the gorgeous digis so have made a card as well :D
I have opted to use the very cute Poppy digi by Sara Burrier (available HERE). As normal I coloured her with promarkers and sakura stardust pens for a touch of sparkle.
Now the bit you have been waiting for this is one of the 3 gorgeous new Sara Burrier stamps soon to be released in rubbah. She is called The leap. The detail on this stamp is just amazing Teresa has been working hard and found a new supplier and I have to say the quality was always good but this is brilliant there is so much detail on her bodice and it all stamped crystal clear every time for me :D
I have kept the rest of this card very simple so that the image is the main focus. I have coloured her with the same promarker and sakura stardust pen combo. I don't know about you but I can not wait to see what the rest of the new releases look like.

Sneek Peek "Melody Wishes You"
Morning Peeps,
Goodness this week has flown by, not that I'm complaining. I am super tired and finding it hard to focus at work, not sure if I need glasses or I am extremely tired, seeing as OH's new nightshift hours finish at 4am, which disturbs me. I find it hard to get back to sleep and by 6am OH is snoring like a trooper, so definitely no chance of me getting any more Z's!
Well today, I have a Crafts and Me sneek peek. This this "Melody Wishes You" available from Crafts and Me, isn't she just gorgeous and looks so summery. Melody will be available real soon but if you don't want to miss the launch date make sure you subscribe to the newsletter, you'll be the first to know, and it's free!
Guess what Peeps, I've coloured her with Prisma's on kraft cardstock. Well I did say on Monday on my blog that I needed the practice, lol. I really love the pastel effect of these pencils on kraft.
Well, what do you think? Oh and you see that fancy edging. That's my new dienamics die also available from Crafts and Me.
And here it is standing up, just so I can show off how absolutely gorgeous that dienamics die is. Wouldn't want you to miss out, lol.
And here's a few cards that I have made for the Crafts and Me Challenge Blog that I forgot to post on here, aren't I naughty!
