The "Love Fairy Blessing" By Sara Burrier
Evening Peeps,
A bit late with this posting, I was trying to get this card done last night but I was working on it from 7pm to 10:15 and then the light wasn't good and I had another post to write and time and energy for that matter just ran away with me. Anyhow I'm here now and I do hope the photography does this card justice and my time, lol! The image used is one of the new "Crafts and Me" range of their very own stamps and this one is by Sara Burrier and I'm sure you will agree is Gorgeous with a capital "G".
I have coloured her using copics and used distress ink broken china for the background. I used my sewing machine again to stitch the large panel, woo hoo, I even tackled a more complex stitch. Are you impressed? I am, lol, probably not easy to see but it has a small zig zag and then every couple it has a big one!
I distressed all the edges and added distress ink walnut stain and diamond stickles. Flowers are from wild orchid crafts accompanied with a martha stewart frond punch for the leaves. The sentiment is from TLC and says, "Hope is the Fairy inside you".
Don't forget to pop over to the Crafts and Me Store to see all the new "Crafts and Me" stamps featuring the artists Sara Burrier, Hannah Lynn and Molly Harrison. And at the moment Crafts and Me are offering 10% off until 1st August for Readers, so hop on over!

Pink Dragons
Good Morning!! Nearly bedtime for me so am posting this on before I do! I bought this stamp at Crafts & Me a few weeks ago, its by Lisa Victoria and is called Dragon Luck. So far I've coloured it in blue so now its pink and I'll try a two colour one next. I like to experiment a bit when I get a new stamp to see what various colourways look like and its always nice to play :)
Its coloured with promarkers and I've used a quickie glue pen wth some glamour dust on the wings and flower, cut out with nesties labels 11 and edged with distress ink.
Hope you all have a lovely day tomorrow and fngers crossed for some sunshine brrrr!

THE ARTIST BEHIND THE CRAFTS AND ME HANNAH LYNN STAMPS
Hello everyone, today I thought it would be nice to introduce to you in her own words the lovely artist behind the Crafts and Me beautiful Hannah Lynn stamps.
Hannah Lynn’s paintings take us from mundane to magical through the eyes of her mythical, serene, and colorful female characters. She enjoys creating all kinds of animation style creatures, animals, and scenery in a mixed media of watercolor pencil and ink, with a dab of acrylic in some. She has a special affection for mermaids, which are her most recognizable trademark.
Hannah is a self-taught American artist born in 1979 in Southern California and raised in Sacramento, California. She has had a deep affection for art as far back as grade school and was often found coloring, drawing, reading and writing through her younger years. Even in her earliest works of art you will find animation style characters and a focus on the female eye.
She embarked on her artistic career in late 2006. Popularity of Hannah’s artwork has grown quickly and her work can be found in various personal collections from all around the world, including the US and Canada, Mexico, the UK, Germany, New Zealand, France, and Australia to name a few.
Her paintings are meticulous and beautifully detailed, and take a lot of time and attention to complete, even though some appear to be simple in design. The most common compliments Hannah receives about her art are regarding her excellent use of color and the expressions on her female faces; specifically the eyes. Many people have commented that Hannah's art brings a special joy to their hearts, and that it has even helped them through some very difficult times in their lives. She values her collectors tremendously, often making new friends of them, and prides herself on first class customer service. "I am so thankful for all my collectors and fans; they are the reason that I can use my talent to bring joy to others. Without them, I wouldn't be able to dedicate my life to my art."
Aside from painting in her expert media, Hannah enjoys painting with acrylics and crafting. When she is not painting, she loves spending time with her husband and two little girls. Camping, boating, cooking, decorating, traveling, reading, and going to the movies are a few of their favorite family adventures. She also enjoys singing on the music team with her church and spending time with friends over coffee. She currently works out of her home studio in the beautiful city of Idaho Falls, Idaho.
If you would like to leave Hannah a comment that would be lovely, I am sure she would love to read them.

In the end I decided to go with this stunning duo called "Carry me away" by Molly Harrison you can get her HERE from crafts and me. I have kept my card simple to show off the image and just used some silver peel off corners and borders with a couple of gems for extra shine :D. The image is coloured with promarkers and sakura stardust pens. Don't forget there is still chance to enter our pink, black and white challenge at Crafts and Me challenges. I hope you all have a great weekend what ever you have planned.

The Butterfly Keeper
Good evening! Hope those of you who ordered from Crafts and Me yesterday got your stamps today! Mine arrived in the post this morning and I ummed and ahhhed for a couple of hours deciding which one to use first lol! I was most definately in a brights mood which is very unlike me, I'm more ethereal and goffik dark kinda style but having rummaged through my paper stash I kept being drawn to pink and orange - most definately not my usual colour choice but mind was convinced thats what it wanted so go with the flow :)
Ths image is one of the brand new range by Hannah Lynn only available at Crafts & Me which you'll find here and is called The Butterfly Keeper. Its my first time colouring her as she was saying colour meeeeeeeeeeeeee!
I've coloured with promarkers and added highlights with orange and pink sakura stardust pens. The orb I blended out, glittered the butterflies then sealed them inside with 3d gloss. When completely dry I've added touches with a white sakura souffle pen.
Papers are DCWV (loud arent they lol!) whch I've distressed with scissors and also added wild honey distress ink to the base layer.
Hope you love the new images as much as I do, oooh faces and eyes to colour :D:D:D
Have a good evening everyone and I hope to see your Molly & Hannah creatons soon x
